The room has gray walls, and there are framed sketches on the wall on the left. A wooden shelf with books, a plant, and some electronic equipment is visible in the background.

Pregnancy is one of the most incredible things your body will ever do. It's also one of the most physically demanding. As your body grows and changes to accommodate your baby which may cause pain or discomfort.

Chiropractic care can promote a healthy pregnancy by working on the muscles, joints, and ligaments. It provides stability and a better functioning of the spine and pelvis.

A Gentle, Evidence-Based Approach

I use a combination of gentle spinal and pelvic adjustments, soft tissue therapy and pregnancy-specific techniques tailored to your individual needs and stage of pregnancy. No two pregnancies are the same and your treatment plan won't be either.

My goal is to help you feel as comfortable, strong and supported as possible so you can focus on what matters most.
